Upton & Hatfield, LLP has provided representation to school districts in New Hampshire for over 40 years. The seven attorneys in our Education Law practice have extensive experience in and a commitment to school law and its related areas. We represent more than 30 New Hampshire school districts. Offices in four geographic locations allow for easy access to school districts throughout the state.
We provide all legal representation for many school districts. For others, we provide selected representation in special education, labor relation matters, or multi-district negotiations.
