deragonBeth represents the needs and rights of individuals in employment and immigration matters and in the courts. She assists individuals with family-based immigration and asylum applications, advises institutes of higher learning regarding student visas, and represents employees (plaintiffs) in employment discrimination and wrongful termination disputes, and represents injured individuals in personal injury and cases.

She has represented clients before the New Hampshire Commission for Human Rights, the New Hampshire Department of Labor, and the U.S. Immigration Court, Boston.

Beth speaks fluent Russian, and is a member of the New Hampshire/Vologda Russia Committee Russian American Rule of Law Consortium (RAROLC) sponsoring exchanges between the Russian and American legal communities.

She is an active member of the New Hampshire Bar Association and is a member of its Federal Practice section, Labor & Employment Law section, and International section. She is also a member of the American Bar Association, New Hampshire Women's Bar Association, New Hampshire Association for Justice, National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA), and American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
