Domestic Relations, Divorce and Family Law

Attorneys Michael S. McGrath and Marilyn Billings McNamara lead the Domestic Relations Group, offering services to families in a wide range of legal matters including adoption, parenting, pre-marital agreements, creation and dissolution of legal relationships, and divorce.  The Domestic Relations Group draws on the knowledge and expertise of the entire firm, including counsel on special education and Individualized Education Plans for children, estate planning and wealth transmission, commercial and real estate transactions, business planning and related activities. We accept referrals from lawyers throughout the State of New Hampshire.

We assess every case according to the legal issues and client goals and, where appropriate, offer limited services such as advice and counsel only, document drafting or case assessment and preparation. Limited representation in negotiation or mediation is available as well. We also offer full representation from the initial interview to mediation and, where needed, rigorous advocacy in all New Hampshire courts.  Our goal is to deliver the right level of service required to bring the case to the best possible legal conclusion for our client.
