Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
Several of our lawyers are trained to act as neutral arbitrators, or mediators, to assist persons and businesses to resolve their disputes without going to trial. Mediation or arbitration can be used in all types of claims — including personal inury, employment, commercial, probate and civil disputes — both before and after a law suit has been filed, and is often an efficient and effective way to reach a reasonable result without incurring significant litigation and court costs.
Our attorneys can provide all forms of alternative dispute resolution ranging from neutral evaluation (a non-binding process) to mediation, to binding arbitration.
